Our Company Policy..

Is to employ the best consultants available, we feel that Accountants, Solicitors, Quantity Surveyors and Designers etc., must be seen to be an integral part of the team.  Site Managers/General Foremen, Eddie Williams, Mike Williams and Gary Barkley are vastly experienced and highly respected in their individual fields and capable of managing and understanding all aspects of building and allied trades.

Maintenance Works

A 'call out' service is provided for the Derwen College and various Hotels, Pubs, Shops and Supermarkets.

Health & Safety

The company has completed many contracts under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994, both as Planning Supervisor and Principle Contractor.  Risk assessments and Method Statements are produced for all relevant works and regular 'Toolbox Talks' and Management Meetings are held.  Our objective is to provide adequate resources to Health & Safety matters at all times.  We are extremely proud of our excellent record in respect of Health & Safety.

Environmental

We recognise that our activities have an impact on the environment and we are committed to minimise the impact through seeking to continually improve our environmental performance and pursue the objectives of our environmental policy.  We are committed to Energy Efficiency and will continue to seek to provide the most efficient heating methods and will always endeavour to exceed the prescribed insulation values.

Sporting Activities

The company employs several well-known local sportsmen and ex-sportsmen, and regularly fields it's own football and golf teams.
