Walls:  Facing brickwork/render with contrasting feature brickwork and insulated cavity.

Roof:  Interlocking tiles/slates with contrasting ridge.

Windows:  UPVC with low 'E' glazing and lockable handles.

Doors:  UPVC feature with brass ironmongery.

Decoration:  White/satin finish to woodwork.
